Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, email address, password or Google sign-in identifier), the workspace and video content you create, files you upload, and basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and usage logs.

If you connect a YouTube channel, we store the channel metadata returned by Google along with access and refresh tokens required to manage that channel on your behalf.

How we use it

To operate the service: authenticate you, store and display your production schedule, sync and publish content to connected YouTube channels, send service notifications, provide support, and keep the service secure and reliable.

We do not sell your personal data or use your content to train third-party models.

Google and YouTube data

Vidoro's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube access is used only to read channel metadata and to create, update and publish the videos you schedule in your workspace.

You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the channel in workspace settings, or through your Google account's security settings.

Sharing

Content is visible to members of the workspace it belongs to. We share data with infrastructure providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, database, storage, email delivery) and where required by law.

Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period after deletion, except where retention is legally required. Data is encrypted in transit and access to production systems is restricted.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to make a request; you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes and contact

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Questions? Email us at privacy@vidoro.app.

Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Vidoro you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity in workspaces you own, including the members you invite.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload or create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate the service, including publishing to YouTube channels you have connected.

You are responsible for holding the rights to the material you publish, including music, footage and other attributions you record in a video brief.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or violate YouTube's terms and community guidelines.

Third-party services

The service integrates with Google and YouTube. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, behaviour or changes to their APIs.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, data or content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to comply with the law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions? Email legal@vidoro.app.
